Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt of your order. To return an item, first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Returned items without proper RMA numbers may be rejected.
- Any factory sealed item that has been opened.
RMA numbers are valid from 14 days after issuance. Once you receive an RMA number, please send the item(s) to GEAR AID immediately.
Damaged Items or Missing Parts
Damaged items or missing parts / accessories not as advertised must be reported within seven (7) business days of receipt of product.
Any damage arising from a defective product will be limited to a refund of the purchase price only (waived in certain cases). Defective items will be replaced with either a replacement unit or electronic credit in same form of payment.
Refused Shipments/ Insufficient Address
If a shipment is refused for any reason, including post office non-delivery, the customer is responsible for the charge incurred to re-ship the item. If the item is not wanted after first attempt of delivery, the purchase price will be refunded less the shipping expense. GEAR AID also reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.
Customer MUST CAREFULLY PACK defective items being returned, as if they were new and working. FAILURE TO DO SO may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.
Orders will be refunded directly back to the original form of payment. All customer returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, at the discretion of GEAR AID. If returning an item past 14 days after receipt, shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Fitness of Purpose
GEAR AID cannot warrant any product as fit for any particular use or purpose. We strongly recommend customers fully evaluate a product to determine by their criteria whether a product will work in their configuration.
